Before you start

You must be 18+, have B1+ written English and be comfortable with adult-industry conversations. The schedule is fixed: 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week. Have a computer, reliable internet, a quiet workspace and a bank account for payouts.

You work in the creator’s approved persona. You never appear on camera, meet fans or share your identity with subscribers. No previous chatting experience is required.

Have these ready.

The current Academy form asks for an English-test screenshot, a typing-test screenshot and a 60-second voice introduction. It also asks about your experience, availability and contact details. The tests are linked inside the form.

Write your application answers yourself. The Academy explicitly requires confirmation that answers were not written with ChatGPT. Our practice examples are for learning, not for copying into your application.

  1. Check the fit
  2. Tell us about yourself

What comes next?

The assessment checks English, emotional intelligence and a simulated conversation with an AI fan. A 5-minute AI voice interview follows, with a human fallback. Expect a reply in about 48 hours; timing can vary.

If you progress, free training ends with a final chat test. You sign the freelancer contract online before your first shift. Learn more about the interview and training.
